Individual Raspberry-Pistachio Buckles

Buckles are a distinctly American-style dessert in which fresh fruit is baked in a buttery cake batter and topped with a crunchy streusel. It’s a simple dessert that whips up quickly and, we hoped, could be prepared well in advance and kept at the ready in the refrigerator.
