Ingredients: 6 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil; 2 , baguettes (10 ounces each), bottom crust and ends trimmed and discarded; 2 cups, chicken broth; 3 , celery ribs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1 teaspoon, salt; 2 , large onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1/2 cup, chopped dates; 1 , garlic clove, minced; 1/2 teaspoon, grated orange zest; 1/2 teaspoon, paprika; 1/2 teaspoon, ground cumin; Pinch, cayenne pepper; 3 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley; 1/4 cup, toasted sliced almonds
