Name: Raspberry Streusel Bars
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups (12½ ounces/354 grams), unbleached all-purpose flour; 2/3 cup (4⅔ ounces/132 grams), granulated sugar; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 18 tablespoons (2¼ sticks), unsalted butter, cut into 18 pieces and softened to cool room temperature; 1/2 cup (1½ ounces/43 grams), old-fashioned rolled oats; 1/2 cup, pecans, toasted and chopped fine; 1/4 cup (1¾ ounces/50 grams), packed light brown sugar; 3/4 cup, raspberry jam; 3 1/4 ounces (92 grams/¾ cup), fresh raspberries; 1 tablespoon, lemon juice
