Mari Levine is the managing editor for digital at America’s Test Kitchen. After earning her bachelor's degree, she attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University and has cooked in restaurants on both coasts. She now applies the skills she learned in school and restaurant kitchens in a much-lower-pressure environment: her home kitchen.
