Ingredients: 8 tablespoons, unsalted butter; 2/3 cup, granulated sugar; 2 tablespoons, bourbon; 1/2 teaspoon, fresh ground nutmeg; 1/8 teaspoon, table salt; 1 , large egg, beaten until foamy
