Caramel Chocolate Truffle Tart
Why This Recipe Works
We began developing our caramel chocolate truffle tart recipe by stripping away the extraneous ingredients—flour, eggs, nuts, and other additions that diluted or detracted from the chocolate flavor. We preferred the simplicity and direct flavor of a ganache filling.
