Ingredients: 1 teaspoon, instant yeast; 1/4 cup, honey; 1 teaspoon, salt; 3 cups (16 1/2 ounces/468 grams), bread flour, plus more for dusting the work surface; 1 cup, warm water (about 110 degrees); 3 tablespoons, baking soda; 1 cup (4 ounces/113 grams), shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepperjack cheese
