Country Ham Stuffed with Spicy Southern Greens
Why This Recipe Works
We used a stuffing of spicy Southern greens to cut the richness and saltiness in our country ham recipe. We inserted a combination of grits, greens, and vegetables into a series of parallel cuts down to the bone. To ensure that each slice of ham in our country ham recipe had some stuffing, we staggered the cuts so they weren’t in even rows.
