Simple Peach Salsa

Name: Simple Peach Salsa
Yield: Serves 12 (Makes about 3 cups)
Ingredients: 2 , ripe but firm peaches, pitted and chopped coarse; 1 , small red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced thin; 1 , small red onion, sliced into long, thin slices; 1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley leaves; 1 medium clove, garlic, minced; 1/4 cup, pineapple juice; 6 tablespoons, lime juice from 3 medium lime; 1 , medium jalapeño chile or other medium hot pepper, minced
