Ingredients: ¼ cup, cider vinegar; 3 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil; 1 tablespoon, honey; 1 , garlic clove, minced; ½ teaspoon, table salt, plus salt for cooking beans; ⅛ teaspoon, pepper; ½ , small red onion, sliced thin; 8 ounces, yellow wax beans, trimmed and halved on bias; 8 ounces Romano, bean, trimmed and halved on bias; 1 (15-ounce) can red, kidney beans, rinsed; ¼ cup, minced fresh parsley
