Ingredients: 2 teaspoons, vegetable oil; 5 , garlic cloves, minced; ¾ teaspoon, smoked paprika; ¾ teaspoon, ground coriander; ¾ teaspoon, ground cumin; Pinch to ⅛ teaspoon , cayenne pepper; ⅓ cup, jarred roasted red pepper, patted dry and minced; ½ teaspoon, table salt; ¼ teaspoon, sugar; 3 tablespoons, mayonnaise; ¼ teaspoon, grated lime zest plus ½ teaspoon juice
