Name: Tomato-Chile Sauce
Yield: Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients: 1 , (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained; ½ cup, fresh cilantro leaves and stems; 3 , garlic cloves, minced; 1 tablespoon, red pepper flakes; 1 tablespoon, red wine vinegar, plus extra for seasoning; 1 teaspoon, ground cumin; 1 teaspoon, ground coriander; , Salt; ½ teaspoon, smoked paprika; ⅛ teaspoon, sugar; 2 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil
