dough cylinder into buns can be
tricky—the soft dough sticks to
the knife, or the dough flattens
and tears. Here’s how we make a
tidier, easier job of it.
Hold strand of plain dental floss
taut and slide under cylinder of
dough. Cross floss ends over
each other, then pull ends to cut
off clean, neat portion of dough.
