For a sandwich that’s easy to eat, we wrap our grilled Chicken Souvlaki in aluminum foil. Here's the best way to do it.

Start by placing the warm pita at one corner of a 12-inch square piece of foil, and then layer the sandwich ingredients on top of the pita, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. After folding the sides of the pita over the filling, follow these simple steps to make a neatly bundled sandwich.

1. The filled pita is centered on the foil square and ready to be swaddled.

2. Fold one side of foil over sandwich.

3. Fold up bottom of foil.

4. Fold over other side of foil.
