You may not have many choices for Cornish game hens at the supermarket, but if you do, it pays to shop carefully. We tasted four widely available brands. The clear favorite earned praise for its “juicy” meat, “crisp” skin, and “clean flavors.” Two others earned middle-of-the-road comments, leaving one brand that received uniformly negative comments (“flabby” and “tasteless”).
