We tasted five national brands to find the one with true fudge flavor.
Move over, chocolate syrup. Tasters loved the thick, rich, chocolaty flavor hot fudge lent to our Ultimate Chocolate Milkshake. In search of the finest fudge, we tasted several national brands blended into our shakes as well as straight from the jar. While they were all good in our shakes, our winner won top billing for its "buttery" texture and "true fudge flavor" when tasted plain.
