Our Juicy Pub-Style Burgers recipe needed a few premium (yet simple) toppings to put it in the same league as the best restaurant versions. The answer was a recipe for burger sauce. Mayonnaise served as a tangy base, while dark brown sugar sweetened it up. Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chives, and garlic rounded out the flavor of our burger sauce recipe.
