Ingredients: 1 tablespoon, cider vinegar; 1 tablespoon, Dijon mustard; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 1/8 teaspoon, ground black pepper; 1 teaspoon, granulated sugar; 1/4 cup, olive oil; 4 , medium leeks, trimmed, soaked, and rinsed thoroughly (see illustrations below)
