Ingredients: 6 ounces, red jalapeño or Fresno chiles; 1 , carrot, peeled and chopped; 1 , shallot, quartered; 6 , garlic cloves, peeled; 2 ounces, habanero chiles, stemmed; 1 cup, distilled white vinegar; 2 tablespoons, packed brown sugar; 1 tablespoon, salt
