Ingredients: 5 tablespoons, smooth peanut butter; 2 teaspoons, Asian fish sauce; 2 tablespoons, lime juice from 1 lime; 1/4 cup, coconut milk (unsweetened); 1 tablespoon, honey; 1 inch piece, fresh ginger, minced (about 1 tablespoon); 2 medium cloves, garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon); 1/2 teaspoon, red pepper flakes; 1 teaspoon, curry powder (optional)
