Name: Celery Root Salad with Pear and Hazelnuts
Yield: Serves 4 to 6 as a side dish
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons, lemon juice; 1 1/2 tablespoons, Dijon mustard; 1 teaspoon, honey; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 3 tablespoons, vegetable oil, or canola; 3 tablespoons, sour cream; 1/4 cup, whole hazelnuts; 1 , medium celery root (13 - 14 ounces), peeled and rinsed; 1/2 , pear, ripe but firm, grated; 2 , scallions, sliced thin; 2 teaspoons, minced fresh parsley leaves; 2 teaspoons, minced fresh tarragon leaves (optional)
