Name: Cilantro and Coconut Pan Sauce

Ingredients: 1 large, shallot, minced (about 1/4 cup); 2 medium, garlic cloves, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 2 teaspoons); 1 tablespoon, grated fresh ginger; 1/4 cup, low-sodium chicken broth; 3/4 cup, coconut milk; 1 teaspoon, sugar; 1/4 cup, chopped fresh cilantro leaves; 2 teaspoons, fresh lime juice; 1 tablespoon, unsalted butter
