Name: Garlic and Thyme Pan Sauce

Ingredients: 1 large, shallot, minced (about 1/4 cup); 2 medium, garlic cloves, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 teaspoons); 1/2 cup, dry white wine; 3/4 cup, low-sodium chicken broth; 1 teaspoon, minced fresh thyme leaves; 1/4 teaspoon, white wine vinegar; 3 tablespoons, cold unsalted butter, cut into 3 pieces
