Name: Better Than A-1 Steak Marinade
Yield: For 4 to 6 individual steaks or one 2-pound steak
Ingredients: 1/2 cup, soy sauce; 1/3 cup, vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons, dark brown sugar; 1/4 cup, Worcestershire sauce; 4 medium, garlic cloves, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 4 teaspoons); 2 tablespoons, minced fresh chives; 1 1/2 teaspoons, ground black pepper; 2 teaspoons, balsamic vinegar
