Ingredients: 1 , medium onion, peeled and quartered; 1/4 cup, water; 1 cup, ketchup; 5 tablespoons, molasses; 2 tablespoons, cider vinegar; 2 tablespoons, Worcestershire sauce; 2 tablespoons, Dijon mustard; 1 1/2 teaspoons, liquid smoke (optional); 1 teaspoon, hot pepper sauce; 1/4 teaspoon, ground black pepper; 2 tablespoons, vegetable oil; 1 medium clove, garlic, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 teaspoon); 1 teaspoon, chili powder; 1/4 teaspoon, cayenne pepper
