Pineapple Salsa

Name: Pineapple Salsa
Yield: Enough for 4 Pork Chops
Ingredients: 1/4 , small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut in 3/8-inch dice (about 1 1/4 cups); 1 , medium banana, barely ripe, peeled and cut in 3/8-inch dice (about 1/2 cup); 4 teaspoons, lime juice, from one lime; 1 , medium jalapeño chile, seeded and minced; 1 teaspoon, minced fresh oregano leaves; 1/2 cup, seedless green grapes, halved or quartered; 1/2 , ripe but still firm avocado, peeled and cut in 3/8-inch dice (about 1/2 cup); , Table salt
