Spicy Chili Rub

This rub works great for barbecued brisket and pork butt.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

We experimented with a broad range of spices and finally settled on a slightly spicy, slightly sweet blend that was balanced and added a good deal of character to barbecued meat.
