Insulated carriers used to be for pizza delivery workers or caterers only, but we found four models designed to keep your famous lasagna piping hot all the way to the potluck or picnic.

Overview:

Insulated carriers used to be for pizza delivery workers or caterers only, but we found four models designed to keep your famous lasagna piping hot all the way to the potluck or picnic. After all, no one wants to eat a lukewarm casserole—or worse, food that’s unsafe. We prefer carriers with sturdy handles and zippers that fit snugly around a standard 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Overall, the best performer kept hot food hot and safe to eat (over 140 degrees) for nearly 3 hours. What’s more, its sleek carrier fit like a glove around the baking dish it came with. Have carrier, will travel.
