After all, no one wants to eat a lukewarm casserole—or worse, food that’s unsafe. We prefer carriers with sturdy handles and zippers that fit snugly around a standard 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Overall, the best performer kept hot food hot and safe to eat (over 140 degrees) for nearly 3 hours. What’s more, its sleek carrier fit like a glove around the baking dish it came with. Have carrier, will travel.
