America's Test Kitchen's 2,500 square foot kitchen is home to more than three-dozen full-time test cooks who work to develop the absolute best versions of your favorite recipes. Over the course of a year, we develop more than one thousand recipes, the best of which are published in Cook's Illustrated magazine, Cook's Country magazine, our cookbooks, and featured on our top-rated public television show America's Test Kitchen.
